We arrived safely at Recife last night 2100 local time, and that completed the Atlantic crossing! We moored innside the breakwater, and had our first night without rocking for a month. Quite nice!
The crossing started on the rough side because of rather messy seas, and we were a bit soft after the wonderful stay at Noronha. We always seem to want more easterly wind, but arrived with just a four hour tack.
Our plan is now to leave for Salvador on Saturday or Sunday - weather permitting. Our heading will be 210 deg - as always.
Regards,
Svenning
